No matter what brand it is, it has to be where the gas valve goes into the manifold.

Where the burner tube is, there is either the igniter or hot surface igniter.

Just take your model # of the dryer, and either go to the MFG website,or go to a parts

store online and put in you model # and you will be able to look at the diagram of your dryer, this way you know exactly where it is.

Here is a great place for parts, and also you can look at your diagram.

Is a gas dryer better than an electric?

Yes, a gas dryer is better than an electric dryer. A gas dryer becomes much hotter so therefore your clothes dry faster. Also natural gas as piped to homes costs less per kilowatt-hour than the equivalent amount of household electrical power. However the initial purchase cost of a gas dryer is much more than an electric dryer and the installation costs cost ofa gas dryer can be much higher too because it needs a piped gas supply as well as electricity.

How do you convert from electric clothes dryer to gas clothes dryer?

The only practical way to do that would be to sell the electric clothes dryer and use the proceeds toward purchase of a gas dryer. Even if it was possible to convert the dryer the cost would be prohibitive versus a new dryer. If you mean converting the building, then you would need to have natural gas plumbing installed, and you would need an outlet that matches the voltage of the new dryer.

Have a laars lite 2 pool heater and cannnot get pilot to even lite you hear gas bleeding but it will not lite?

Good chance its your hot surface ignighter that has broken. Check to make sure that there is 120 v or far more common 220v at fenwal Depending if heater is wired for 120v or 240v. If proper voltage is present ignighter is broken. by zoomy
