Hi, The focus does not really have an ignition coil. It has a coil pack ( spark plugs ) but I think what you want is the coils in the starter. There are two coils the primary and secondary both are located in the starter itself. the coil back just trace back the wires. pretty sure it is on the left front of you engine.

On a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora, the ignition coil for cylinder 8 is typically the coil located at the rear of the engine, closest to the firewall. This vehicle uses a coil-on-plug ignition system, meaning each cylinder has its own individual coil. For precise identification, it's best to refer to the vehicle’s service manual or a repair guide for the exact position of the coils.
Ignition engine speed input circuit performance. I think it is the coil pack...The most likely cause of this is the crank shaft position sensor.
To replace the ignition coil on a 2001 Kia Sephia, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Remove the engine cover if necessary, then locate the ignition coil, which is typically mounted on top of the engine. Disconnect the electrical connector and unscrew the coil from its mounting, then replace it with the new coil and reassemble in reverse order. Finally, reconnect the battery terminal and check for proper operation.
