If you mean the Power Control Module, it is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, along the upper edge of the firewall.
The module is located behind the Rotor Arm assembly in the distributor itself. You have to remove the Distributor Cap, then the Rotor Arm and the module is there.
1994 - 2005 Mazda Pickups Repair Manual lists a Power Control Module (PCM) located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, along the upper edge of the firewall.
If memory serves me well I think it is located directly under the center console.
The module is located on the transmission hump in front of the gearshift under the dash. If you check under the cup holder, you will find two sets of wires going in and these will lead you to the module. The module also has the crash sensors built into it. Good luck
