The relay is located in the pass. rear side of the car under the back window, next to the computer. It is a double relay.
Under the hood on the left side. Fuel pump relay and Super charge relay is next to each other

The wiper relay is located behind the fuse box, third socket from the drivers side. This relay controls the low speed and intermittent functions. It also controls the motor to "park" the wipers down rather than just stopping them. The 1st relay is for the E-flashers and turn signals and the 2nd relay is for the low/high beam headlights.
the relay is located in the dash driver side knee high it will a round silver cylinder. There will be two, YES TWO (well for the 89-96 and the 97 old body) one in the front and back .

For regular turn lights it's in fuse box pop plastic lid. This is right above the emergency brake pedal and the fuse relay box will be there. The other hazard relay is located behind the dash. Climb under the steering wheel, look up behind the dash and look closer towards the center of the vehicle there you will find the relay for hazard lights relay.
under the rear seat, relay box on the drivers side (theres 2). its one of the small relays, think its marked LLC. load level control. could be wrong on the markings,its been awhile. but its one of those.
Replace the flasher relay if the lights come on but do not flash.
