You didn't specify an engine, so I'm assuming you have the same 1.9 liter as I have in mine...
If you follow the spark plug wires back to the ignition coils (the opposite end of the plug wires from the spark plugs) the ignition module is underneath those coils, bolted to the transaxle case. By 'underneath' I mean you have to remove the four bolts holding the coils down to get to the ignition module that they are mounted on.
It's about 5 inches square by half an inch thick with a 5 pin wire connector on the bottom edge.

The ign. control module on a 2.8L s10 is in the distributor. Remove the distributor cap and it is attached to the base of the distributor

If you look at the right side of the distributor you will see 2 sets of electric wires that plug into the module. Remove dist. cap and rotor and then the 2 small screews that hold the module inplace.
To install an ignition control module on a 2003 Saturn, first disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Remove any components obstructing access to the ignition control module, typically located on the engine or near the ignition coils. Disconnect the wiring harness from the old module, unbolt it, and replace it with the new module. Finally, reconnect the wiring harness, reassemble any removed components, and reconnect the battery.
The transmission control module and engine control module are one part and are located under the hood.
