The is not an inline fuse, there is one in the fuse panel under the right lower side of the dash.
Look at right of hand's brake
ITS RIGHT UNDER THE STEERING COLUMN Post your knee's. the panel near your knees. pull out on both sides(pops off) the fuse box is over on the left by the hood release. do whatever you have to put both clips back on each end of the panel.. pop it back on.
More than likely has 2 fuses. One in the fuse panel and another inline fuse somewhere between the fuse panel and the radio on the red power wire.
Its an inline use (in the wiring) that goes to the motor behind the panel.

Fuses are located on the left hand side of the steering column, you need a phillip's (cross) head screwdriver #2 the panel saddle's the steering column.
yes you need to pull stereo out & you will see the fuse in the wiring harness. Do not have wiring harnesss in front of me but it was either the yellow or red wires. Just replaced my stereo.
