The intake manifold is to the right of the valve covers. The throttle body attaches to it. If that is what you are talking about then that is the Plenium. the plenium attaches to the intake manifold right beneath it.

The EGR is on the back on the intake manifold.
I own a 92' Toyota pickup and i recently changed the fuel filter. It sat down between the block and the intake manifold on the back near the firewall. Check there.

The MAP sensor is located on intake manifold.
The IAT is located on the intake manifold right behind the Fuel Rail
On the intake manifold, to the right (passenger side) of the Throttle Body.
A 2-plane manifold such as the Edelbrock Performer or similar would be a good choice.
Not an easy job. it's located under the intake manifold which has to be removed.
On the 2.5L, it is under the intake/exhaust on the back of the engine. On the 3.0L it is below the exhaust manifold on the front.
from what i am told the fan relay is some where on the intake manifold most likely on the driver side
If it is a v-6, I would say the intake manifold to head connection.
