Mk 6 Fiestas don't have a spare wheel, nor jack, nor wheel brace nor ancilliary tools. They are an optional extra believe it or not. Sales people (for new or second hand cars) do not advise you of this.
You probably have an electric air pump, an airosol of gunge to repair a puncture from the inside of the tyre and a towing eye. This is contained in a polystyrene tray where the spare wheel should be. The sealant gunge will render the repaired tyre useless after 50 miles which you will have to replace.
You will then have to buy a wheel rim (£70) and a spare tyre (also £70) and the Ford Fiesta Jack, Wheelbrace and bits and pieces will also cost you £70. 210 quid you weren't expecting to spend. Just like me! What a scandal - and how dangerous could a puncture be on the motorway or a country lane after dark for the unenlightened. You may find a Jack kit on e bay, but the Mk6 wheels with tyres are like hens teeth second hand. Good Luck
John
Open the hatch or trunk and pull up cover. Temporary spare and jack is right under there. Don't know what wheel brace is.

The horn is usually located behind the front left wheel arch/bumper corner.
To replace the front wheel bearing on a Ford Fiesta, you will need to remove the wheel. Then with a hammer you can pull the old bearing out.
