There are three ingredients for the sleeping potion, and the recipe is in the underground ruins, to be mixed by the Medicine Man (climb up the vine to his treehouse hut) :
- Carbonated Milk (free sample from the vendor when you arrive at the island)
- Creature Bone (down in the underground chambers of the ruins, by the spikes)
- Key Ingredient (in the final underground chamber, requires a code to access)

The other two ingredients are in the underground ruins. You will need to decipher the ancient writing to open the door under the ruins. Once you have the ingredients, the medicine man will mix them for you. (see related questions)

∙ 14y agoThey are the coconut milk that you get from the guy holding theukulele, the bone you get from the temple dungeon in the ancient ruins, and the green stuff which they call the key ingredient which you get in the temple treasure room. Then you give them to the medicine man but before you go to the medicine man you have to get the grass skirt, and the medicine man will put the ingredients in a coconut and then you give the coconut to the booga shark and he will fall asleep and then you swim past him and go to the island and save hammerhead and the kid.

∙ 13y agoThe "key ingredient" is a green powder found in the final chamber of the underground ruins (far left). The drawings on the wall in the room show how the potion is mixed using the coconut milk, bone, and key ingredient. The actual mixing is done by the medicine man, in his treetop hut to the right side of the ruins. (Wear a grass skirt like the native islanders.)
