No, this is a washer. You would need a seperate dryer to filter the lint off of your clothes.
Chances are there is no lint trap on your washer. Do you have a model and serial #?You have one on you "DRYER" but not your washer,i dont think.
The Maytag NFW7200TW Front Load Washer takes out most of the lint from all my clothes, even the pet hair. The lint filter is also very easy to change.

attach an old panthose to the end of the water outlet from the washer....works great and is very cheap
Either have the washing machines pump it up Or use a sump designed to handle washing machine waste lint, volume etc
Try cleaning out the lint screen first. Some washers have a removable agitator that contains a lint screen that can become clogged. Next check the hose connections.
To unclog the laundry washer first check the lint screen located under the agitator. The check all hose connections. Be sure that the hose is allowing gravity to control the run off.
The same reason you replace the filter in your home furnace. They can become clogged with lint, dirt and reduce the air flow.
Place a stocking on the end of the hose BUT Check it after each wash.
