Where is the location of the cigarette lighter fuse on your lancer evo4?

Pull out the little drawer under your dashboard and its under that, and on the back of the drawer you will find spare fuses and fuse holder. Mine stopped working today and my son changed it out for me. Lighter now works. Mine is a 15amp fuse. Hope this helps.
