Follow the gas line from the tank. It is under the driver side seat. Looks like a tin can.

Its in the engine compartment under the air filter, you can't miss it, remove the air filter housing.
If it is a 1.5 engine the oil filter is between the engine and firewall on the passenger side, you change it by reaching in from the top of the engine on passenger side, it's about half way down on the engine.
Change your fuel filter. If if it only does it when the engine is hot, check for a coolant leak.
It does not have a cabin filter.
The fuel filter is located on the firewall on a four cylinder 1995 Toyota pickup truck!
I really depends on the engine. On the 4 cylinder 2.4 ltr engine, it is on the block near the oil filter.

The Oil filter in under the motor of the truck..
the airbox is on top of your engine, on the back is a adjusting screw that youll need to loosen, once that is loose, not off you will be able to pull the clips down on the front and your filter is in there.
