In the rear, behind the back seats. Lift up the mat, and see the two twist knobs on the pressed plastic thing. Turn them to "unlock," and lift the pressed plastic thing. Under it, you should see a donut spare, held in place by a complicated set of wing nuts and your jack. Good idea to spend some time checking it out on a nice cool, well lit day, rather than wait for that rainy night in the middle of nowhere with no flashlight to try and figure it out.
