There is a GUI tool that you can use, or try the 'passwd' command in a terminal window.
You cannot Multi Login on Club Penguin, they have blocked it. But recently there has been a Multi Login Window Bug accusing people of Multi Login when they haven't. If you get that you just have to click OK and login again. Hope this helps!
