Should be on the small, black tank, attached to the inside of the passenger side wheel well inside the engine compartment. Should be covered with a small, black screw-off cap.
Check around the passenger side firewall near the drier or along that line--larger hose from air compressor
You can find the low side air-conditioner in service port on the top of the air conditioner compressor. The low side service port is also known as the low pressure service port.
The 2004 Civic low pressure air conditioning service port can be found on top of the air conditioner compressor. The low pressure port should be labeled as such.

The AC low side service port on a 1999 Chevy Astro van is located next to the firewall. It is the port that is closest to the evaporator.
I don't know specifically about the Isuzu Rodeo, but generally it's off a larger metal-type hose, with a plastic cap over it. The plastic cap should have a letter "L" on it for low pressure. If you are trying to recharge your system, the charging hose should fit neatly over your low pressure port, and not fit over others. (I recharged my system within the hour)
Low side service port is against the firewall just underneath the alternator. It has a Blue cap on it.
If you are haveing trouble setting time on the 3.2 v6 it is because this engine is set on the number two cylender, NOT number one top dead center (as most vehicles are set), Look up at your local Honda or Isuzu dealership and get the Timing Procedure from them. I say Honda Dealership because the Honda pass port uses an Isuzu 3.2 engine.
