I don't know specifically about the Isuzu Rodeo, but generally it's off a larger metal-type hose, with a plastic cap over it. The plastic cap should have a letter "L" on it for low pressure.
If you are trying to recharge your system, the charging hose should fit neatly over your low pressure port, and not fit over others.
