that would be low pressure and you dont want to know take car in to be checked .if you by chance hooked up on the wrong side it can kill you!!!
if it's the same as my 1998 expedition, looking at the engine, it would be on the left side, up against the firewall, located on an approximately 8 inch long cylindrical object called the accumulator. follow the air conditioning hoses back and you will find it. small black cap on the side of the accumulator, unscrews and there you will find the port.
the air conditioning pump is on the passenger side thats the only thing that leaks water there
It's near the firewall in the center where the low side tubing returns from the evaporator.
there is a high side charging port up top and a low side underneath the car on the compressor.
You can fill the AC on the low pressure side of the AC unit. Make sure and only use R12 unless your system has been converted to R134A.
There is an allen screw on the opposite side of the fill port by the shifter. Fill until it pours out of the hole.
If it is a six cylinder the low pressure fill is on the passenger side near the firewall.

The fill plug is on the drivers side, front of the differential. It faces toward the drivers side wheel. Check your owners manual for proper fill level, I believe it is 9/16" below the plug.
