Chevy Villager?
The Villager has an upper and lower intake manifold. It is at the top of the engine with the throttle body attached to it.
Assuming this is a 4.3L engine, the upper intake manifold gasket would be between the upper intake manifold and the lower intake manifold.
There are six fuel injectors that mount into the lower intake manifold. Only three can really be seen normally.
Located underneath the intake manifold. It is threaded into the underside. It senses the temperature of incoming air for combustion. It has really small wires that come directly off of it. Not to be confused with knock sensor wires, which are a little thicker and located under lower intake manifold. Frank
Screwed into the lower intake manifold right at the center of the engine in front.
upper or lower? if it's lower you can bet on paying upwards of 400$
there is no lower intake gasket, only a front and rear gasket
UNDER HOOD, DRIVER SIDE, LOWER ENGINE AREA, ABOVE EXHAUST PIPE FLANGE, MOUNTED IN EXHAUST MANIFOLD
Lower intake manifold bolt 115 in/lb. Upper intake manifold bolt 18 ft/.
on the front side of the lower manifold
It's in the lower intake manifold right at the front middle of the engine, near the center fuel injector.
The thermostat is located on the driver's side of the engine. The thermostat and thermostat housing is mounted on the lower intake manifold. You should be able to follow the radiator hose up to the housing. It is a little hard to see however. Mike
