There isn't a fuel shut off switch on this model. There is a main relay which runs from the vehicles computer this can be reset by unplugging the battery terminals.

One is under the hood Labeled EFI. You can check it by swapping the horn relay to the side of it. Same relay. Hello. The circuit opening relay controls fuel pump circuit. When EFI main relay is energized, EFI main relay provides battery voltage to one side of circuit opening relay. Inspect this relay for fuel pump diagnosis. It is located at top corner of relay box, behind driver's side kick panel.
Depends on the type of alarm, but till you find the proper switch find the main power line (Perhaps it goes directly to the battery) and cut it.
