The MAP sensor is mounted to the firewall on the passenger side between the inner fender and the heater duct.
There is not a map sensor on an 85. They did not show up till 86 with the 2.5 fuel injected engine.
should be a small black plastic box close to the distributor mounted on a bracket. it will have a couple of wires and a vacuum line the runs to the intake manifold
In the exahust manifold, possibly left, but generally on the right exaust manifold.

Well my 1985 Sport Camaro idled very funny, it had to be revved up to keep it running and sometimes it would idle perfectly, and the motor's idle would fluctuate going up and down. It turned out to be caused by a MAP sensor, it's located under your distributor cap.

replace that black box on the wiper motor or sometimes you have to replace the motor itself
there is a sequence of buttons pushed on the radio which access the ODB, sorry can't remember the sequence.
