if you are meaning the medicine for ampharos the sick Pokemon from the lighthouse then it is at cianwood city... there is a place where you can get special medicine for ampharos (the sick lighthouse Pokemon) then take it back to the female (which is the gym leader for olivine.) that is looking after him. then she goes off and you can go battle her in her gym in olivne..!
