The mint mark location for all Peace dollars, regardless of year, is between the eagle's tail feathers and the word ONE.

The symbol below Miss Liberty's neck is not a mint mark. It's an intertwined A and F, the monogram of Anthony de Francisci who designed the coin.
For Morgan silver dollars, the mark is on the reverse (tails) side, just above the letters "do" in "dollar." Then on Peace dollars, the mark is also on the reverse, below the word "one."

The U.S. did not issue any silver dollars in 1918, so that half of the question can't be answered. As for a 1922 Peace dollar, many of these were saved so they're currently worth more for their silver content than as collector's items. Regardless of mint mark, one would retail at roughly $13 or $14.
