Bullion Silver Eagle coins do not have mintmarks. Since 2001, they have been minted only at West Point.
Proof
From 2001 to 2008, they were minted at West Point and these coins bear the "W" mintmark.
Mintmarks
All mintmarks are on the reverse, to the left of the eagles tail.
By the mint mark on the reverse of the coin, but silver dollar coins with no mint mark are made in Philadelphia
No mint mark means it was minted in Philadelphia.
All 2002 Silver Eagle coins were struck at WestPoint but only proof coins have the W mint mark It is on the back (reverse) of the coin under the left wing.
The mint mark on any Morgan dollar is on the reverse above the letters DO in dollar.

"DO" isn't a mint mark. The mint mark on a silver dollar for that year is on the reverse (tails) side, just above the letters "do" in the word "dollar."
