I bought a set of GMC shop manuals off ebay for $40. It comes with the fuel system book, wiring diagrams, light duty trucks and vandura and rally book. They have saved me on a lot of labor $$$ having them.
The ECM on the Vandura 2500 is under the Driver's seat.

If you're running a GM gas engine, about 40 psi. If you're running the 6.5 Detroit Diesel, 10 - 12 psi.
