One left one Right both attached with three bolts and one stud on top of each motor mount also ties into the front axle on four wheel drive easiest to remove bolts and lift motor away from chassis to remove mounts.
It is mounted on the driver's side fuel rail, at the back of the motor.

Oil is on the back of motor at the top beside the distibutor Water temp is next to the thermostat. Fuel level is in the tank, on the side of the pump module.

not sure on a 92 but I have a 97 Dakota & the fuse for the horn is under the hood. Check the fuse box on the left fender well. inside the cover should tell which fuse it is
