emerald/Sapphire/ruby i think its somwhere in lilycove. either there or mossdeep. either way, you must obtain heartscales and give to the move relearner. i know. hes not cheap.
pearl/ diamond/platinum this one im sure of. believe me.i play this 24/7. its in pastoria. its a big guy in the house next to the lake with the other big guy outside yellin im ''smakdab in the middle of town!'' like who cares? seriously? in this version also you need heartscales. you can obtain these by digging under ground. its gonna take a couple of tries so don't give up.
