The Toyota Echo has an inline 4 cylinder engine. The number one cylinder on all inline 4 cylinder engines is the first piston at the front of the engine. The front of the engine is the end that is opposite the transmission.
Mine is a Toyota echo 2000 sedan. It does about 12 to 15 KMPL per 1 petrol litre.
1. Hold down the "AM" button until you hear a beep. 2. Use buttons "1" and "2" to set the clock. This works on a 2004 Toyota Echo with CD player "32809" (Australia)

Standing in front of the car it's the cylinder closest to you on the right.
The firing order on a 1980 Toyota 4-cylinder is 1, 3, 2, 4. The distributor goes in a clockwise direction.
cylinder one is located in the engine compartment passenger side first cylinder close to wind shield.
The firing order for a 1995 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. There is no distributor, and the number one cylinder is on the front left as you face it.
A cylinder misfire could be caused by multiple issues. Among them: 1. A faulty, old, or corroded spark plug. (~$10 per set to replace) 2. A malfunctioning ignitor ($50-$100 to replace) 3. A faulty wire leading to the ignitor Listed by rarity from least to most.
