Placing them in the notes folder of the ipod?
Whenever i plug in my ipod touch, i see that the computer backs the ipod up whenever it is synching. The only solution i can think of is to go through your computer documents and look for ipod touch backup library. Good luck.
They're just advanced text files. Once you've downloaded the game and enabled Disk Mode on your iPod via iTunes, drag the folder you've downloaded into the notes folder on the iPod. This only works with the G4/5/6 iPods, the iPod Nanos (all generations), and the G2 iPod Minis.
I've only done this with a nano but most ipods are universal so... plug in your iPod, open my computer, double click the iPod, double click the Ipod_control folder, double click the Device folder, then delete the _locked folder, then your iPod will work perfectly
Putting Notes on a iPodMake a note in Notepad, and make it so the "Use iPod for disk space" is enabled in your iPod preferences, then open My computer> Ipod> Notes> then drag the note you saved in Notepad into the folder, and there ya go, it should show up on your iPod. OR...Before posting your Notescast to your iPod, you'll need to enable your iPod as a disk drive. To do so,A. Connect your iPod to your computer as you normally wouldB. Once iTunes opens, select your iPod under Devices in the Source List on the left side of the iTunes screenc. Click the "Enable Disk Use" checkbox in the Options section. You'll find this checkbox at the base of the screen under the "Summary" tab.Once finished, then open your File Manager application. Because your iPod is now enabled as a disk drive, your File Manager app will recognize it as such. If you click on your iPod, you'll see the Notes folder. Now highlight the file you created (which should've been saved as a .txt file) and copy it to this Notes folder. Then highlight your iPod in iTunes, and choose to eject it. (Now that you have enabled your iPod as a disk drive, you should always choose to eject it when disconnecting it from your computer) Now go to your iPod main menu, select Extras, then Notes and you should see your new Notescast.Depends on what ipod you have if it's a ipod touch then your good. Just go to the first page on your ipod there is an app there called "notes" use that.
first save it , and than open your 'ipod' folder , than drag it to the folder
Here are the instructions on how to transfer songs from your ipod to computer on windows Vista: Start by connecting the iPod to computer using an Apple iPod USB. If iTunes opens and asks you to sync your iPod with the iTunes library click NO. Next, open My Computer on Windows computers and look for the iPod drive. Now, open the iPod drive > Organise > Folder and search for Options > View > Show Hidden Files and Folders. Next, you need to open the folder named ipod_control and you should see folders with the following names: Calendars, contacts, ipod_ control, notes and photos. Now, similarly open the second ipod_control folder > Music Folder; start copying each of those folders onto your computer by creating a folder on your desktop and dragging the files into it. You are done.
Well you can't do this directly from your i-pod. First you have to plug your i-pod into your computer and open i-tunes. Then you go to i-pod device (which should show a picture of your i-pod) and then somewhere in there should be a category with notes. =P
I made myself a separate folder called "ipod sync", then in iTunes, click on your iPod, click on the Photos tab, and select that folder. Then, to sync, just drag and drop the photos you want on your iPod/iPhone into that folder. The next time you sync your iPod, the photos will be on it.
just simply drag it to your music folder on your ipod.
There is a way of adding a folder to your ipod and then compressing all your songs and putting them into this folder. The folder should be put on to the ipod in the ipod settings with the other folders like music and photos and such. If you look on the mac website someone will have probably gone into more detail.
i tunes file add folder to library then sync or drag them to your ipod
