As a woman who don't like to pay for people to rip me off when I can do it myself, I had to know where these were too. The upper O2 sensor (which is the one BEFORE the catalytic converter) is on the exhaust manifold. If you are looking under the hood it is on the left front, right underneath a heat shield at the front of the valve cover. The lower O2 sensor (the one that is past the catalytic converter) is on the exhaust pipe. If you stand on the passenger side of car with hood up, stand next to the washer fluid, radiator overflow containers. Look down past the motor, you will see the exhaust pipe. The sensor is right on top of it.
