It is under the dashboard on the drivers side. There is a little tab / door and it is under there.
You can clear the service light through the OBD2 port, which is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. www.ebay,com and search for OBD2.
in my Renault scenic (2,0 16V, 2003) (not grand scenic) the obd2 socket is under the movable middle console. Move the console backwards and lift a plastic lid which appears under the console and you see the 16 hole obd2 socket. Eberhard

OBD2 ports are usually located in the driver's foot well, and are usually blue.
More than likely there is not one. OBD2 was not used really until 1996. Very few 1995 cars deal with OBD2
Take out the ashtray (in front of the gear stick) and in there you will find the connector

Found it. Right behind the ash tray.
Open the flap under the steering wheel, and you can see the 18 pin socket. Plug your OBD2 device here. However, be aware that TOYOTA uses a different protocol as I could not get to work with my OBD2 device.
It should be found under the drivers side of the dash.
