I have a '95 Tercel and the OBDII port is located inside the fuse box cover on the lower left side of the dash to the left of the steering wheel. If you go to a parts store they will tell you it doesn't exist, so just open the cover and show them. It is in fact there.
for most Saturn's, the diagnostic test port was below the steering column and a little to the left.
The Villager does not have a test port, you need to tee into the line near the fuel filter to test pressure.

obd2 means on board diagnostics failed not o2 sensor, 1st have to figure out why obd2 failed.
I think you are referring to the Universal OBD (or OBD2) test port. This is the plug under the dash that you plug the OBD code tester into. It may also be referred to as the 16-Pin Data Link Connector (DLC).
In a RHD the port is in the passenger foot well above the passengers right foot.

1994 Toyota pickups do not have obd II they have obd I. There is a " diagnostic port " under the hood but its not of much use.
