Where is the obdII plug on a 2001 Suzuki XL7 and is it the same as on my Chevy or will you need to buy another plug?

the plug is located under the dash between the steering wheel and the radio ,closer to the radio and right near the front of the dash, and yes it is the same plug as the Chevy
