Under the car about dead center between the Front wheels. Should be a 15mm Bolt head. If it is an 2.2 Ecotec motor the Oil Filter Access is on the top front of the engine on the Drivers Side. it is located in the same place every car's drain plug is located, in the bottom most part of the oil pan. only makes sense.
