In the middle of the bottom plate on the motor, its an 8mm Allen and quite obvious once u look, if ur changing it urself make sure to get an aluminum sealing ring for it. the part number is 900-123-011-20, the list price is $0.60
there is no drain plug
It has no drain plug on the A/T.

the oil drain plug is located at the bottom of the sump under the engine. If memory serves you will need a hex bit to remove it.
