Go to the drain plug and let some out
where is the oil drain plug located on a john deere 316 riding mower?
bottom right just above the frame
Can I do it myself, set the timing on my riding mower.
Go to a small engine dealer or repair shop .
depending on what type of mower and who makes the motor it can vary. if it is a standard push mower you can either remove the dip stick/oil fill and dump the oil out there or look at the base of the motor for a plug or under the deck with the blade for a plug. if it is a riding mower there will be a plug at the base of the motor that can be removed to drain it

On a push mower you take the oil cap off our drain plug out (which ever it has) and tip the mower on its side with the carburetor up. Once the oil is drained, refill it. Riding lawn mowers have an oil drain bolt on the bottom of the engine and you change the oil and filter kind of like a car
Your battery is dead. Try boosting it. If that doesn't work your starter may be broken.
Unfortunately NO.. No accessories come with the Troy Built ridding mowers- Bronco or other model's. You can purchase either on line from Troy Built or form their top carrier Lowe's a 42" bagger for the mower for a round $ 300.00 ( listed at $299.00) plus shipping I have also found some one eBay with free shipping for the same price which seems like a better deal cost wise, but not sure of warranty or defects from eBay sellers you have to talk to the seller about those before buying.
