Ok, if you have found out where the drain plug is, it's easy to locate. If you haven't found the drain plug, go take a look under the hood. Get under the front section of the car and you should see the drain plug under the front passenger side.
Now, the oil filter is located right besides the drain plug location. If you can reach to the drain plug, move your hand little bit on right side (make sure the car is not hot when you do this), you should "feel" the oil filter. You will need special wrench to take it out if you are planning to change the oil filter as it sits in a kinda hollow position and regular hand wrench won't be useful. Revision for 2007 2008 Camry 4cyl Engines. Oil filter is located in front (towards the front bumper) of the drain plug behind the splash panel. Indicated by a crescent shaped opening in the paneling. Plan to use an oil wrench (if you know the name please edit) with a vertical orientation as the factory filter is hard to remove.
