S-10 blazer early models had a remote mount on the drivers side of the engine compartment on a 4.3L.
- I found the easiest way to get to the oil filter is to remove the front drivers side wheel and reach straight through into the engine compartment. You may have to use a lever to move lines up a bit so you can get into it.
Need to know what year, engine size and if it is two wheel drive or four wheel drive, it makes a difference.
