1. There is no such thing as a 1995 Saturn LS; the LS had not been developed yet.
2. The oil filter on a SL is next to the belt, directly UNDER the alternator.

It's located on the front of the engine block by the oil filter.
On a 2003 LS with a 3.9, it is located just behind the engine oil filter when looking at the filter head on. In other words, the oil filter actually screws on to the oil cooler itself.
The oil filter is located under the car just to the right of the oil pan. You should use an oil filter wrench to remove the filter.
To change the oil filter on a 2008 2.4L Vue or Sky you need a special short 32mm (1.25in) socket with a 3/8 in drive. Here is a package that I found on eBay for the filter element and socket. I'm guessing you are asking about the Saturn SL, since Saturn doesn't make an LS.The fuel tank on a 1995 Saturn SL holds approximately 12.8 gallons.

If you go to the front of you Blazer and look underneath the bumper you will find an access panel for your oil filter
10w30 for ls gsr/type R's 5w30
