The drain plug on the 2003 Chevy Venture is located on the bottom edge of the radiator. It is on the side facing the engine.
The radiator drain plug on a 2004 Chevy Venture is located at the bottom, left side of the radiator. It allows for the coolant to be quickly drained during maintenance.
Assuming you mean the engine oil drain plug, it can be found at the lowest point of the engine oil pan.

The radiator drain plug on a 2000 Chevy Venture is removed by slowly turning it in a counter-clockwise direction. Care must be taken when re-installing the plug to prevent cross threading.
As you are looking at the engine it is the first plug on your left.

It don't have 1. You MUST remove the transmission pan to drain the fluid.
In my '98 Venture it is located beside the ashtray behind a flip down cover. After using the flip down feature for a few years it broke-off. There is also a small one in the ashtray, but I've never used it.
