The oil pump is found on the bottom on the 1995 Chevy Lumina's engine. It is mounted on the front of the crankshaft
Drain the oil from your 1995 Chevy Lumina oil pan. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new oil pump.

Drain the oil from your 1996 Chevy Lumina oil pan. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts. The oil pan will come off.
Says it on the oil cap.
Check your oil and make sure there is some there. Actually it could be low oil pressure from lack of oil or from a bad oil pump
