I will assume that this is a 2.0 engine. There is so much confusion with this as auto parts stores will sell you the 90 degree inline version simply because that is what their data base says they all take. Not so! Standing at the front of your engine, if you see a plastic fitting threaded into the right end of the valve cover connected to a hose, that is your PCV valve. Auto parts dealers do not recognize that configuration for whatever reason. The Chrysler part number is 4777240AC. Napa does not stock it in their stores that I'm aware of but, they can cross reference the number and they do stock it in their warehouses. I just ordered one tonight after two weeks of searching for the right part.Hope this helps...Cheers!If you find that your PCV valve is threaded into the valve cover on a 99 Plymouth Breeze 2.0 engine, the NAPA part number is 2-9479.
