tecnicly it is not even the old chateu it is eterna forests own huanted house your ds clock must say 22:00 you also must have the national dex goupstairs in the haunted house and press a on the tv a level 15 rotom will pop out of the tv i suggest saving 2 minutes before 22:00 before trying to catch rotom it will give you plenty of time to save your game so you can take a do over
