1-on my Expy with dual air the orifice is located just inside a fitting in the liquid pipe that runs just under the battery. The fitting is visible just past the battery, firewall side and at the battery box

I was looking at the hard line that runs from the evaporator to the condenser and i noticed a small squeeze in the line just before it meets up with the condenser connection. I decided to open the line there, and it turns out the orifice valve is right there.
Just replaced mine (98 expy 4wd). It was in the tube underneath the battery. Undo the 19/22mm fittings and its in the slightly expanded section toward the firewall.
It does not have an orifice tube.
The orifice tube is built inside the liquid line and can not be serviced separately.
It is located in the liquid line or tube between the condenser and evaporator.
You're boned
If you mean the orifice tube, it is in the low pressure line. If there is a hex nut in the line, you can separate the two parts and remove the orifice tube. If there is no nut, just a crimp, the line must be cut and a repair kit installed to contain the new orifice tube.
it is behind the glove box. if you remove it you should see it.
Orifice tube on f150 with 4.2
It uses an expansion valve, not an orifice tube.
The orifice tube is located between the engine and the fire wall. The windshield wiper cowling has to be removed to gain access to the orifice tube.
You have a fixed orifice tube is located in the liquid line, between the condenser and the evaporator coil. If the fixed orifice tube is faulty or plugged, the liquid line assembly must be replaced.........
I need to find the orifice tube on a 2001 pt cruiser.
passanger side of radiator. inside the aluminum tube. has a nut on it to take apart for the orifice tube
