Where is the outside temp sensor located on a 2004 Monte Carlo ss?

Open the hood. As you are facing the car, look down. You will see a cover that conceals the top of the radiator and the A/C condenser. Look left of that and you will see a hole going down along side the radiator, between the bumper cover and the radiator. The outside temperature sensor is located on the rail going along the radiator. It looks like a modern Christmas tree bulb sticking out of a GM Weatherpak connector. It is black and has two wires coming out the bottom. It is approximately 1 inch tall.
