On the back side of the motor before the converter. It will have a plug in wire about one foot long and the O2 sensor bolts into the exhaust with 2 -12 mm nuts. There is also an after the converter O2 sensor behind the Cat. that you have to get up under the car. You will see it. This one screws in with special tool (all parts houses have it)
