Most oxygen sensors are either on the exaust headpipe just after the manifold or on the manifold. I don't know where it is exactly on the Lumina but that is where you should start looking.

A turn signal not working on a 92 Chevy Lumina may be out because of a burnt out bulb. If you replace the bulb and it is still not working, the turn signal switch may need to be replaced. You can get the switch replaced by a mechanic.

The 1992 Chevy 3500 temperature sensor is located on the front of the engine. The temperature sensor will be in the vicinity of the thermostat housing.

On my 92 lumina it is right behind the wheel bearing hub assembly. It'll be right above the pulse ring which looks like a big gear that is used by the magnetic pickup (sensor) to determine wheel speed or slip. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1054022&parttype=1912&a=FRc1054022k82691

I have a 92 lumina euro that did that and it turned out to be my crank sensor. The problem could also be the Torque Converter Clutch, bad plugs and wires, distributer cab, low idle could cause this to.

If it is an automatic transmission it is most often the torque converter that will cause the jerking motion of the car.. another way to tell is the car will start to die when you come to a stop.AnswerI had the same problem in my 93 lumina euro... it's most likely the fuel pump. AnswerMy 92 Chevy lumina did the exact same thing, it turned out to be my crank sensor, and crack sensor wiring.
