The PCM is located in the right corner of the engine compartment under the air cleaner assembly and bolted to the chassis.
According to my Hayes repair manual the PCM is located inside the right front fender.

The pcm is located behind the front right tire, on the inside of the fender well. You can also follow the wire hardness that runs under the radiator as it goes right to it. Either way, pretty easy to locate and remove.

On the right side of the engine compartment next to the air cleaner. It is a large silver box.
PCM = Power Control Module. It is the car's main computer/brain. Also can be referred to as the ECU or ECM.
it is located under the passenger side dash. it has a red and white and blue connector. first remove the plastic hush pad and it is visable. the squeeze each tab on each connector and slide the pcm out.
