Telling about either Latias(HG) or Latios(SS) being in Kanto. After he is done go give the doll to CopyCat. She will thank you and give you a rail pass. After go straight to Silph Co. with up to 5 Pokemon. when you enter Silph Co. to the far right should be Steven. Talk to him and he should ask you to pick a color. Red, Green, or Blue.
