if its a mk2 phase 2 then open bonnet top left by wipers underneath plastic plate just under wind screen, once removed another smaller long plstic black strip is visable, under there is ur pollen filter :)
A cabin filters primary function is to prevent pollen from entering the vehicle. To reach the Renault Laguna's cabin filter remove the glove compartment. The filter will than be easily accessible.

Look in the drivers footwell. On the left (as you sit in the drivers seat), there's a removeable plastic panel. Pull it off and the filter is behind it.
