if you look between the battery & headlight you will see a yellow cap below the battery, how you are meant to get to it im not sure !!

Diagnose it, and repair it accordingly. Check the fluid, check the belt which drives the pump, make sure the pump itself isn't shot.
The new Electric power steering is on the shaft of the steering wheel. Many folks have problems with the steering going out of control. If you're one please report it to the saftercars dot gov
No, it has electric poser steering if it is a 2005-2009. The Convertible, GTP, and 2007 GT models do not have electric P/S and do have a fluid resivoir.
